The FEI (Forschungskreis der Ernährungindustrie e.V.) invites members, sponsors and friends to their annual conference at the DIL (German Institute of Food Technologies).
The Research Association of the German Food Industry (FEI) is a non-profit, registered association supporting research projects in all fields of food science, food technology and nutritional science.
Since its founding in 1983, projects of the Industrial Community Research (IGF) have been carried out continuously at the DIL, the coordination of which FEI held. 35 of these projects have been successfully completed in the last decade alone. The scientists in Quakenbrück are currently conducting research on 15 other IGF projects, some with research partners from Germany and abroad, always with partners from industry to ensure that they are close to the application – a characteristic and quality feature of IGF funding.
“Challenges of Practice and Contributions of Industrial Collaborative Research” is the motto of the networking event this year. For this purpose, six project managers present the results of their IGF projects, which were realized through the FEI: Look forward to exciting lectures!
After the lectures, you will have the chance to visit the DIL pilot halls on the campus tour and get exciting insights into the spin-off Elea Technology GmbH. A good alternative is to visit the Wernsing Feinkost GmbH in Addrup-Essen.
Use the FEI event as a forum for the exchange of interests and as an idea market-place for new research projects! We cordially invite you and we look forward to welcoming you in Quakenbrück.
