Elea’s Pulsed Electric Field technology is an interesting technology for the Japanese market and vice versa.
Our PEF expert for juices, Julian Witt, visits the FOOMA Japan 2018 in Tokyo, Japan. Our distribution partner Correns invited Elea to participate on their booth, giving us the opportunity to talk directly to potentially new Japanese clients.
Elea’s Pulsed Electric Field technology which is well-known for the gentle preservation of juices or other liquid products, such as tea, matches perfectly with the Japanese excellent sense for high-quality products. The FOOMA 2018 exhibition is giving both, Elea as an equipment supplier and Japanese food and beverage processors, a platform to meet with the lowest effort and maximum output.
We are looking forward to meeting you in Japan. Find more info here.
