Introducing our new compact, all-in-one PEF solution for smaller production lines

Our Elea PEF Advantage Belt systems improve product quality and yield whilst reducing processing costs. Raw materials treated with Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) are easier to cut or slice and show less breakage. PEF application allows to shorten drying or frying time and temperature and reduces undesired quality changes.

In our PEFinar, we will guide you through all these benefits and introduce our PEF Advantage B 1 and our new B 1 mini system, specially designed for smaller production lines with a capacity between 1 and 6 t/h. The compact all-in-one design with a small footprint allows easy line integration and start-up and provides new product development opportunities. Benefit from a quick return of investment due to increased product yield and low energy usage.

Our Managing Director Stefan Töpfl and our Scientific Engineer Kevin Hill will guide you through how PEF works, perform a live demonstration and will discuss process benefits first hand. A Q&A session will allow addressing any open questions.

We are looking forward to e-welcome you!
