Free Open Demonstration Workshop for PEF Preservation and LS Extrusion
November 30th 2017 Quakenbrück, Germany
As one of the core partners of the i3-food project, we would like to invite you to our free open demonstration workshop on Pulsed Electric Field Preservation and Low Shear Extrusion. The workshop includes a pilot scale demonstration with conditions in a near to operational industrial environment.
Customers, manufacturers and suppliers interested in these technologies and their application are welcome to participate!
The workshop is held by and at the German Institute of Food Technologies (DIL) together with Elea in Quakenbrück, Germany. Registration is now open: i3-food demonstration workshop
