Increasing product shelf life from 6 – 7 days up to 21 days the market share as well as the production planning have been enhanced.

With its gentle and low temperature processing PEF technology allows to produce high quality juice with preserved nutritional value, fresh product character and color at low energy consumption. Being continuously operable the technique allows flexibility with regard to processing capacity as well as bottling into various packaging formats and materials.
